Positive Thought for Today

The Lord is ever present with those who trust in Him. "....lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world."

Matthew 28:20

I could not say I believe. I know! I have had the experience of being gripped by something that is stronger than myself, something that people call God.

The Precious Children of Haiti

The precious, wonderful and beautiful children of Haiti. Another miraculous rescue yesterday of a five year old boy....God is truly Amazing....

In every community, there is work to be done. In every Nation there are wounds to heal. In every heart, there is the power to do it.

Power Thought of The Day

All that we are is the result of what we have thought. If a man speaks or acts with an evil thought, pain follows him. If a man speaks or or acts with a pure thought, happiness follows him, like a shadow that never leaves him.

God's Grace

When I am down and oh my soul, so weary;
When troubles come and my heart burdened be;
Then, I am still and wait here in silence
Until You come and sit awhile with me....

For the mother who is struggling to send her children to school, holding down several jobs to keep her family together... for the father who has lost his job and has no means of supporting his family...for the unemployed who have filled out job application after job application and have become hopeless after being rejected many times...for our dear neighbours in Haiti...for the lovely person having difficulty with their own personal struggle. Trust in God and...In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight.
Proverbs 3:6

Lord, let us go forward with great hope that all things are possible, with your help and guidance. Your grace which has seen us through, will see us through always. We trust Lord, you will make a way where there is no way.

The Beauty of God's Love

Look at the beauty of this flower growing wild. We captured this on camera.....God's Grace and Love will see us through always, trust deeply in Him......surrender all your concerns and anxieties to Him and you will see how uncomplicated and happy your life will become, as miracle after miracle will unfold....and unfold......

Praise be to the name of God forever and ever; wisdom and power are His. He changes times and seasons; He sets up Kings and deposes them. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning. He reveals deep and hidden things, He knows what lies in darkness, and light dwells with
Him.

Inspiration Today

Fearlessness means faith in God: Faith in His protection, His justice, His wisdom, His mercy, His love, and His Omnipotence.

Omnipotence.....to be fit for self-realization, man must be fearless.

Power of Your Thoughts

Since you alone are responsible for your thoughts, only you can change them. You will want to change them when you realize that each thought creates according to it's own nature. Remember that the law works at all times and that you are always demonstrating according to the kind of thoughts you habitually entertain. Therefore, start now to think only those thoughts that will bring you health and happiness.

HAITI

My thoughts, love and prayers go out to my friends and the people of Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Also the humanitarian aid agencies, media personnel, medical personnel, military, search and rescue teams, the amazing rescue dogs and other volunteers who are doing a tremendous job in assisting with the relief efforts.

I have been viewing the shocking images of the massive devastation, the traumatized, grief-stricken,  injured children, the elderly, men and women, crumbled homes; all of which were heart-wrenching to view. Seeing people hurting, seeing as they frantically dug at the crumbled concrete desperately trying to rescue their loved ones was overwhelming.

Thanks to President Barack Obama, and former President Bill Clinton who is also the UN Special  Envoy for Haiti, for their great assistance and support with this catastrophe.

May God's Love and Blessings be with the people of Haiti.

God's Love...A New Year...New Beginnings

A new year is unfolding like a blossom with petals curled tightly, concealing the beauty within.

This is a time for reflection as we look back on the past year and all that has taken place in our lives, it is also a time for us to see what is to be released, what is to be kept and improved and also what is to be brought into our lives.

Let us remember each experience for the good that has come of it, and for the knowledge we have gained.

Remember our efforts and the goals we have achieved.

Remember the love we have shared and the happiness we have brought to others.

Remember our laughter, our joy, our hard work, and our tears.

Most importantly, this is a time of new beginnings and the celebration of life so let us go forward with great hope that all things are possible, give thanks for the simple pleasures of life, love ourselves and others, take the time to appreciate what we have in our lives, value, enjoy and share it! Keep our thoughts positive!

It is so easy to get caught up with the daily complexities of life, that we sometimes forget how magnificent and wonderful we are. Completely accept yourself just the way you are, completely accept everyone else just the way they are and you will be surprised at the outcome! You will find great peace and happiness from this. Become a master of your fate rather than a victim of your circumstance.  Below, is one of many great quotes by Mother Teresa which applies to us today;

If we have no peace, it is because we have forgotten that we belong to each other.

Peace and Love,
