God does not refuse souls who are devotees. He is the devotee of devotees. Have pure and selfless devotion. Let the vision of God be your only motivation. With pure devotion you can call upon Him to become incarnate, you can call upon Him to become embodied at any time. This is a very open promise. Whosoever has true devotion to God is entitled to see God.
